Best Christmas Gift of All

     In a couple of weeks, we will be celebrating Christmas.  What do most of you think about at Christmas?   Is it going out to get a tree and decorating it with lights and ornaments?   Maybe it’s helping mom with baking cookies for friends and relatives.  How about singing Christmas songs or watching Christmas movies?  Is it making a list of gifts you are hoping to get under the tree?  Some of you might even be looking forward to the long winter break from school!

     For some people, Christmas is their favorite time of the year!  There is nothing like exchanging Christmas presents with family and friends!  It’s especially fun when you get something you hoped for.  But, sometimes you will get something that is the wrong size or even the wrong color!  Or worse, you’ll get something you don’t need or will ever use.

     But, did you know that we were all given a gift that is perfect?  One gift that is so precious, no amount of money could ever buy. It is a gift we all need and one that is always right and never wrong.  The greatest gift of all was a baby born in a manger.  The reason we celebrate Christmas is because of the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ!
