1.  Sr season starts March 4th.....gyms/times to be determined at the Feb. scheduling meeting.

 

2.  Transfer request for new players due by the Feb. SEYO Board meeting.

 

3.  Final team counts due Feb Meeting...

 

4.  Bye request are due by FEB 19th....a max of 2 games....after the 21st/22nd, there will be no request allowed.

 

5.  If you need uniforms for your team.....you need to contact Lori Hirano by the end of this month (Jan) in order to get them on time.

 

6.  Your Team  Registrations, forms and money need to be turned in to Sue by the end of the month(Jan).

 

7.  Possible Coach's Clinic for new Sr. Coaches in Jan/Feb. (Depends on number of signups)

 

8.  All teams were reminded to take pictures for the Awards Night (March 3rd)

     Guidelines per Don Wong....and will need by Feb 18th.

 

9.  The Sports Ministry will be providing the SOC Pancake Tickets to those teams and families who are interested in going.  If you would like to enter the raffle, you will have to purchase the tickets....the cost is $4 per ticket.

 

10.  The Sports Minstry Annual Golf Tournament will be held April 23rd, at Tustin Ranch Golf Club.  More info to follow.
