Please remind all players & families to come to Wintersburg Church
on Sunday, Sept. 13th for our Super SEYO Sunday.
Worship service starts at 10:10 am with a special guest speaker, Michael Chang.
(Please see attached flyer for more info about Michael).
Then come to the Social Hall to turn in registration forms & fees and stay for lunch & fellowship.

3. Code of conduct - player
4. Code of conduct - parent
5. Individual participation form - completed with 3 events from Sept. 1, 2008 - Aug. 31, 2009
* Qualifying events include: attendance at Super SEYO Sunday 2008, SEYO Awards night 3/09, Church Picnic, Harvest Festival, Christmas Program, Sunday School/Jr church attendance, friday night youth group meetings, retreats, Mt. Hermon 2009, VBS 2009, movie night 7/09

6. Registration fee for 2009-2010 - $135.00 (checks made out to Wintersburg Sports Ministry)
7. Order uniforms (sample sizes will be available)...approximately $30?
*Team reps, please try to collect all forms & fees from your players on/before Sept. 13 and bring your whole team packet to the registration table...the registration team thanks you!!
**Coaches/team reps...please check with your players to see who is/is not returning and let us know at the registration table. It will help us plan for our coaches meeting..which is Monday, 9/14.
***There will be an informational meeting for all new families to our organization.
